Janis Cornell began her career at the Warner Bros Animation department in 1946. Later she worked at Ray Patin Productions, Filmfair and Fred Calvert Productions. Later she was a checker on the Bakshi feature Coonskin. She finished her career with a long stint as head of checking at Kurtz & Friends.
