Rick Reinert began at MGM in 1945. In 1947 he was drafted and landed at The Army Photo Center Animation Department in New York. After the Army, he worked for Storer Broadcasting in Cleveland doing sales films and titling. In 1960 he founded Rick Reinert Productions and did the animation for The Dipsy Doodle Show.He relocated to Southern California and met Don Duckwald from Disney and was able to contract the production of a Winnie The Pooh short. He worked closely with Woolie Reitherman and made the feature film A Day for Eeyore. Rick did the TV specials Cap't Readmore'sPuss in Boots and The Bollo Caper. Rick now produces comic art for a graphic series called Family Trees.
