Tiger
WestTiger West was a Baby Actor in some Warner Bros shorts from 1924-1926, but he began his animation career at Disney in 1944 where he was an Animation Checker and Scene Planner under Ub Iwerks. He was an Assistant Animator/Characters, under Robert Carlson and an Assistant Animator/Special FX under Josh Meador. From 1950-1953 he was an Assistant Animator at MGM on Tom & Jerry. From 1953-1958 he was Vice President and Production Manager at Grant Ray Lawrence. From 1968-1979 he was at Hanna-Barbera as an Animator, overseeing Xerography. He was a key developer of Xerox equipment for all animation cartoon processing. He helped set up Hanna-Barbera Productions in Australia. Tiger also animated for DIC and DePatie-Freleng. Tiger speaks some Spanish and Korean.
