CHARLETTE GRABLE, who served as Local 839's secretary/treasurer from 1970 to 1974, died on September 5, 1996. From 1952 until 1980 she worked as a painter and checker for UPA, Terrytoons, Transfilm, Format, Filmation, Bakshi/Krantz, Peter Aries and Hanna-Barbera.
