Mary Lou (Manlove) Johnson

MARY LOU (MANLOVE) JOHNSON died September 22, 1996 at the age of eighty-five. She started at Harmon-Ising in 1931 and followed Tex Avery to MGM in 1937, where she worked as his color key artist and animation checker. Later in her career she worked for Larry Harmon, Snowball, Sam Singer, Celine Miles and Hanna-Barbera, until her retirement in 1979.
