Animator GEORGE JORGENSEN died on December 27, 1996 at the age of eighty-three. From 1932 until his retirement in 1978 he worked for Disney, Iwerks, Lantz, DePatie-Freleng, Bakshi-Krantz and Filmation. At agencies in Chicago he designed the Sioux Bee Honey and Johnny Alkaseltzer ads.
