HARRY LOVE, 1984 Golden Award winner, died on February 27, 1997 at the age of eighty-five. Starting in 1928 he worked as an animator and director for Screen Gems, Disney, Warner Bros., DePatie-Freleng, Bakshi-Krantz and Hanna-Barbera. At the time of his retirement in 1981 he had been the head of Hanna-Barbera's training program for fourteen years.
