1986 Golden Award winner CURT PERKINS died on June 11, 1996. From 1936 until his retirement in 1981, he worked as a background artist for Lantz, Disney, Schlesinger, Jim Davis Prods., U. S. Navy Photo Science Lab, Sketchbook, Snowball, Hanna-Barbera, Ed Graham, Jack Kinney, Grantray-Lawrence and Filmation.
