Members of the Animation Guild, Local 839 IATSE have the right to inspect minutes of membership and Executive Board meetings. The right to inspect does not include the right to copy; nor do members have the right to distribute information from the minutes to non-members.

Minutes will be posted on this page only after they have been approved at a subsequent meeting. For example, minutes of the April Executive Board meeting will be posted after the Board meeting in May; minutes of the January membership meeting will be posted no sooner than after the membership meeting in March, etc. If a lack of quorum is reported, approval of minutes may be delayed further.
